While there a must visit is Café Boulud, which has Daniel Boulud’s seal of approval, for the latest updates on favourite French dishes. A raft of awards, one Michelin star and a 3-star review in that bastion of culinary expertise - The New York Times, no less is what happens when traditional French cuisine meets New York cafe society. Boulud’s 4 culinary staples are respected: tradition, seasonal ingredients, the vegetable garden and the journey with elements from around the world.

Bar Pleiades is a cocktail lounge inspired by both fashion and Art. While Coco Chanel and Art Deco provide the look, the vibe is definitely oozing the coolness of the art world elite of the 70s and 80s.
Bartenders work with seasonal ingredients and house-brewed accents. Signature cocktails take their direction from Café Boulud but a firm favourite must be the Cranberry Granita Champagne Cocktail.
